Matteo Davenia & DAV Racing

From the track to sporting direction: a career at the service of drivers.

The origins

Before the team, there was a young driver with a headset and a goal.

The DAV Racing story began in 2002, when Matteo Davenia entered karting. Those early seasons shaped a method based on observation, preparation and accountability, principles that still guide every project today.

After national titles and the Rotax Grand Final in Dubai, the journey continued in single-seaters: Formula Renault, Italian Formula 3 and European F3 Open. Victory at Paul Ricard reinforced one belief: talent truly emerges when a complete system supports the driver.

Evolution

From the cockpit to the pit wall

Experience as a driver became an operational perspective. DAV Racing was founded to turn what Matteo learned in competition into a structure able to prepare cars, understand people, coordinate professionals and make decisions under pressure.

DAV today

Today we build projects, not grid appearances.

Racing, driver management, sponsorship and corporate experiences share the same approach: clear objectives, defined accountability and continuity between strategy and execution. The result is one partner who understands both the track and the value motorsport creates beyond it.

How we work

Four principles, one direction

First-hand experience

Decisions come from years spent in the cockpit, garage and paddock, working with teams and championships.

Method

Every objective becomes a plan, a working calendar and clear review points.

Accountability

One lead coordinates the project and makes priorities, risks and next steps visible.

Long-term vision

One race matters, but careers, partnerships and reputation are built season after season.
